fayethfull148 Hi:)) lovely piece 🌺🌸🌺 what are the fabric contents and care? Thx Oh, and the waist measurement seems small for the size posted…I see it is not lying straight against the tape measure, is there a chance it is actually larger than the tape measure is reading 14” (if laid flat and straight?) I 8 should fit, but not 28” waist…so if you could help me with this ;)
