Vintage 70s/early 80s 2-piece polyester halter top dress and jacket set

This cute set can be worn in multiple ways: with or without the jacket, the straps crossed over in the back, or the straps tucked in to make it a strapless. Brand is Sansage Material is 100% Polyester. There is a tie inside the waistline of the dress that can be tightened. Tag says vintage size 8. WISP zipper partially down the back. Includes a matching jacket. It is in nice condition. The issue I see is that the buttons were moved up 1.5" on the straps. Whoever did this left small holes where the buttons were. Hopefully whoever gets this won't need to move the buttons again. Where the buttons are now makes the straps 15-3/4" long. I just washed this set with non smelly detergent so it is ready to wear. Measurements while garments are laying flat -Across chest 14" seam to seam and this part doesn't stretch however there is room in the cups that isn't included here. -Across waist currently at 15" but it can be tightened or stretched to about 17" -Length from underarm to hem 42"
