Late 1970s early 1980s vintage paisley blouse by David Brooks Ltd.  Made in the USA. Bold all-over navy blue and beige paisley pattern with berry red and green accents.  Collared. Horizontal buttons. Flowy fabric (most likely rayon). Back pleat. Straight cut. Excellent vintage condition. No notable flaws. Tag size 12. It can fit multiple sizes depending on the desired fit. Depicted on a Small and Large mannequin.
