Vintage 70s/80s Cap Sleeve Blue Ruffle Cocktail Dress Sz12

Vintage 70s 80's plus size polyester cap sleeved blue midi wiggle dress with cinched waist, shoulder pads and ruffle detail. This dress is in great vintage preowned condition with no flaws (see pics and video). The size tag says 11/12 and the material has no stretch but I have included measurements in pics just in case.
