Vintage 70s/80s Baby Blue Midi Dress

This late 70s/early 80s dress is a fun, flowy find. This dress is in good, pre-loved vintage condition and there are no obvious flaws or weird smell. This dress is labeled size 16 but would better fit a size 12/14. Measurements below. Dress is 100% polyester. Approximate measurements lying flat and unstretched: Dress Details: Armpit to armpit: 20” Waist (unstretched): 14" (however dress is designed to stretch with an elastic waist) Length (from top of shoulder): 41# (About midcalf on me and I am 5'4)
