Vintage 70s over the knee boots

These are reall, they use to belong to my mother back in her youth. I had always dreamed of inheriting them for myself but my calf muscles have never been slender enough to get into them. They are not in perfect condition, but I am willing to negotiate bc if that. I hope someone out there could polish these up and rock them!!!
