Vintage 70's or 80's glass vanity trinkets plate tray

Glass 8 7/8" inch square. in good vintage condition. No breaks. My glass knowledge is limited but it was suggested that it is either etched or acid etched I think or frosted ( at least some of it ) it is not a decal or sticker or anything that can come off. Just a great piece!
