Vintage 70s neon psychedelic floral halter dress

This dress is from the 70's, the fabric is gorgeous! Bright, vibrant, floral. The zipper is broken unfortunately (pictured) and I don't know how to fix it. No other defects, looks like it was never worn. Tag says Large but I am a Small and it fits perfect! Haven't found another one like it, super unique. I'd cover my house in this fabric if I could, it's so cool.
