Vintage 70’s mini dress

Amazing blue 70’s mini dress with flower shaped buttons and a fun square pattern. It’s in great shape! No stains or tears just one button missing on the very last hole. It has an elastic waist with a fit and flare shape. It measures 31.5” long and the waist measures 9” across unstretched/ 13”ish across stretched. Would best fit a xs/s! Looks great with white knee high socks and loafers.
