Vintage 70s cheap jeans brand elephant bell bottoms

These are my moms old jeans from the 70s! I don’t want to give them up but they’re never gonna fit me. I’ve patched them where needed but there’s areas in the thigh and butt that is wearing thin. Double button super high waist. Best guess is a 30 but look at measurements for more accurate size. Also they have been hemmed but the hem can be cut for original length.
