Vintage 70s blue floral maxi dress with empire waist

This pretty dress looks to be handmade. It is very well done with a lining included starting right below the chest. The last picture shows how the lining is sewn in. There is a light blue Talon zipper partially down the back. I believe this is a polyester blend. It only stretches one direction. It is in nice condition, and I do not see any issues. Flat Measurements: -Across chest underarm to underarm 17" stretches to 19" -empire waist (Right below the chest) 15" to 15.5" -Hips 21" stretches to about 25" -Length from top of shoulder to hem 55"
