Sweetheart neckline, rhinestone appliqué at chest and on the puffy, short/half sleeves. Fit 'n flare style! Vintage, most likely from the 70s. Black, polyester-like material, with orange/tan colour bouquets throughout Fits like a XS/2-4. (It doesn't zip up my sz6 mannequin.)
