Vintage 70's Vicky Vaughn XS peachy prairie dress! Ribbon tie straps. Ribbon bow at empire waist. Ruffled top with beautiful floral embroidery all around. Long prairie ruffled hem. Sleek and slender fit, so flattering. Really comfy, soft polyester with a nice weight. I love this so much! Pulled from my closet and only selling to fund another dress. Found at a TN estate.
