Vintage 70s Volup Rainbow Stripe Trim Dress

Vintage 1970s Lady Laura by Toni Todd secretary dress with a comfy t-shirt material on the top. Blue top and khaki skirt. Rainbow belt included that matches the hem on the garment. Zipper down the back. Belt loop looks like it has been reattached. Seam repair on the shoulder. Pilling and snags on the top (see photos). Top provides stretch, skirt does not. No size tags.
