Vintage 70s floral skirt set, with rouched pleated top and straight skirt. Great retro style. Size says 16, however it's shown on a size 14 mannequin, so I'm putting the size at 0x. Due to the pleated roughing I can't do an accurate underarm to underarm measurement .
