Vintage 70's Scoop Neck Blue Maxi Dress

Stunning blue maxi. SUCH a fun neckline, a great full skirt, and so much movement. I love the details on this one. Overall condition is good, I found a small pinhole on one shoulder and a small light mark on the front. Marked size 14, but I'd estimate it fits like a modern small/medium. (see measurements) It feels like a polyester or polyester blend so it does have some stretch to it. Approximate flat measurements: 17" pit to pit 14" waist 21.5" hips 55.5" length 18" sleeves 14" shoulders
