Vintage 70’s Sailor Tie Bow Collar Blouse

Vintage 1970’s Smith and Jones sailor bow tie collar. Off white with a pink paisley print. I believe it is a Chiffon/Polyester fabric. Very good vintage condition with a few snags but nothing really noticeable. Size: Vintage 16, today’s size probably a Medium or sz 8 Measurements taken laying flat. Shoulders: 18” across. 5.5” neck to sleeve seam. Sleeve: 24” and 17.5” inseam. Chest: 21.5” pit to pit Length: 26”
