Vintage 70’s Ruffle Collar and Placket Short Sleeve Light Blue Top Blouse

Vintage 70s polyester blouse by Caribou. Short sleeves, baby blue with high neck ruffle collar and placket with four buttons. Good condition, no holes or tears. There are a two areas where the fabric seems a little thin with some patchy light fading. One on front chest and one on back shoulder.
