This is a fun retro mid-century-modern vintage teal or turquoise handmade vinyl drawstring sack style bucket bag. Great vintage condition, shows slight fade to the inside lining, please see photos. 4 exterior lined slide pockets, perfect to hold a phone. Very durable, well made, and fully lined. Handmade crochet key ring hook is pinned inside. Designer is most likely Sprayberry out of Clifton, Texas but tag is no longer attached.
