Vintage 70s Red Velvet High-Waisted Maxi Skirt(13)

Vintage 70s red velvet maxi skirt with a high-waist that is perfect for crop-tops. I am 5'8", & it is the perfect length. Fits a size 0 or 2 best. I am truthfully only parting with this because I moved to Florida. Too hot for velvet, even in December.
