Vintage 70s Peasant Balloon Sleeve Blouse

Vintage 70s (approx) peasant style voluminously sleeved blouse in soft printed cotton woven fabric. Has delicate front ties at top of the button placket, with unique ivory buttons going down the front. Vogue American Designer Original tag - these could be applied to a home sewer's project when completed and I believe they came with the paper patterns.
