Vintage 70's Patterned Button Down Shirt

This vintage shirt appears to be from the 70's, but I'm not certain of the actual age. The fabric's pattern looks like patchwork. The base color is cream and the patches are floral in green, red, & pale yellow. The pattern also has gardening ladies in bonnets. It is tagged as size 5/6, but is photographed on a size small dress form. Measurements are below to determine best fit.
