Vintage 70s Novelty Skirt by SK & Company size 12 L 1970s retro multicolor rayon

1979 Rayon Novelty Skirt by SK & Company. With a wonderful multicolor print, it has scissors and thread spools decorations. It has yellow front buttons all the way to the bottom and side pockets. In good vintage condition, with labels and RN number. Label size 12. Approx Flat Measurements: Waist: 38" Length: 32.5" All measurements are taken with the garment flat, doubled for the bust (chest), waist, hips, and circumference.
