Long sleeved blue dress by Montgomery Ward Likely 70s vintage Button front, white leaf pattern, bow tie at collar. Fitted up top with a flared skirt. Excellent vintage condition, some light fading at the elbows (see last photo) but no other flaws. I can’t see the size on the faded tag, but I’m marking as L based on measurements.
