Vintage 70s Military Style Woven Jacket

Incredible mid-70’s military-style blue blazer jacket. Breathable woven material, unsure if it’s 100% cotton or a cotton/linen blend. Buttons up the front. Large front pockets. Split tail at back. High stand up neckline. Unlined. I’m unsure of the brand, the only tags are the Union Made in the USA tag and the Lot/Size tag which states size 13/14. Please note vintage sizing can vary drastically from todays sizing, this fits more like a modern medium. Please use measurements in the photos to ensure a good fit. Dressform shown in a size 2 for reference and it fits her with a relaxed fit.
