Vintage 70’s Midi Dress short sleeve summer

Vintage lightweight polyester dress from the 1970’s made by Patty O’Neil. The top has a v neck and blousy fit and short sleeves that are open at the sides and tie together. There is elastic at the waist. The dress has a coordinating fabric “necklace” attached. Condition The dress is very wearable but there are several light brown spots and a small hole at one shoulder as pictured. small-medium.
