Vintage 70s Lillie Rubin Green Fluffy Chiffon Sleeveless Dress Lace & Throw XXS

Vintage 70s green polyester chiffon evening dress by Lillie Rubin. Lace around the bodice, spaghetti straps and fully lined. It zips in the back and has the shoulder throw. The throw has spots on it, but the dress is in excellent condition. The zipper works perfectly, it's just too small for my mannequin to zip all the way up.
