Vintage 70s Lady Carol Navy Square Neck Multi Colored Striped Dress. Has short puffy sleeves, elastic at the cuff. Has a fabric belt. Skirt portion of dress, has tan, light blue, red and white diagonal and navy vertical stripes. 100% polyester, size 10. Gorgeous dress. Has a few minor snags (see pics). Other than that great condition, color is vibrant. No holes, stains or tears.
