Beautiful Vintage 1970s JC Penny Fashions Dress in Vintage Size 15/16 (Approx Med, Waist 30.”). Features Pretty Floral Print, Short Sleeves, and Polyester Fabric. Fabric is not thick and is semi-sheer in certain light. Lovely Vintage Piece. Pre-Loved with occasional spot/mark, Also with some small pinholes noted (possibly due to pinning on hanger during storage- see pics).
