Overall some discoloration, it is hard to decipher what could be “age discoloration” from the textured oatmeal/cream color of the dress. I think a good soak in oxiclean could brighten and freshen this vintage piece. Check belt measurement, belt is larger than what would be expected with this size dress, I believe due to the belt losing some of its elasticity.
