Vintage 70s Isadora New York Rose Print Tie Blouse

This is a gorgeous rose print blouse by Isadora New York. It features a slit near the neck with button, buttons at wrists, tie at waist, and shoulder pads. It is vintage, unsure of an ​exact era but most likely 70s due to the lot number tag. No major flaws, in excellent used condition.
