Vintage Victorian style high collar blouse estimated from the late 70s Light cream chiffon like fabric, semi-sheer High collar with four button closure and extra long bow tie detail. Slight puff sleeve with button cuffs HAS POCKETS!!! No brand or size tag - estimate size M Approx 30” long, 27” pit to pit, 7” collar measured laying flat Excellent vintage condition. No flaws but may want to clean as it’s been in storage for a long long time 😊
