There doesn’t seem to be elastic in the sleeve cuffs but rather a ruffled look on the end of the wide sleeves. V Neck Measurements laid flat- Fits like a modern small/medium Pit to pit: 19.5” (39”) Waist- can be tied to fit smaller: 20” (40”) Length: 57” Sleeve length from shoulder hem: 24” No material tag but feels like a cotton/linen blend. In great condition, no rips/stains. There is a slight vintage smell. There may be a pull here or there but nothing too noticeable that I saw.
