Vintage 1970s Hanae Mori Vivid Ban-Lon grey, blck and white floral shirt dress. Button down front. Pointed collar. Button detail on sleeves. Has a belt with loops, belt snaps into itself at one point, can be worn unsnapped as well if you need a little more room. Hanae Mori name as shown in pic is printed on inside of belt. Size 9. Shown on a small mannequin.
