Vintage French Star Flared Leg Jeans 70's/80's Excellent vintage condition 5 pocket styling The hem has been let out at the bottom 100% cotton The tag says size 31, but as with vintage sizing, these are smaller than a modern 31. Measuring straight across the front at the waist laying flat, I measure 14 inches. I measured the inseam down to the frayed hem at about 32 inches.
