This is a gorgeous maxi dress circa 70s. No tags, possibly handmade. Beautiful light floral applique fabric in pastel blue & green colorway. Sheer puffed sleeves. Velvet ribbon detail at waist with statement bow at back. Zip back closure. Dress is empire waist and flares out with 3 tiers. Super sweet and very flattering style, so elegant!!
