Vintage 70s Floral Lace Dress

pink yellow and blue floral embroidered pattern on sheer overskirt. garment is two pieces - a dress with a plain cream top and floral skirt and matching overshirt. shirt has a tie closure and can be worn either in front or back (pics 1 and 3). very good used condition, some loose threads on embroidery and a repair on the zipper (pic 5). brand is Shangri-La, ILGWU union made. labeled a vintage 11/12, check measurements for best fit. measurements taken flat: dress: pit to pit: 17" waist: 17.5" length: 43" strap length (shoulder-front): 6" top: pit to pit: 20.5" length: 24.5"
