Vintage 70's Floral Dress

Vintage late 70's to Early 80's Lady Carol of New York collection, Made in USA Soft water color-esque floral pattern, and beautiful vintage translucent buttons. Shoulders are padded and waist is semi elastic (does have some stretch) Marked size 13 vintage, fits a modern size 10-14. -I'm wearing this comfortably as a size 12ish with room in chest and waist. Light wear but great condition! A perfect picnic, or sundress to be outdoors in. With soft delicate features and breathable fabric!
