Vintage 70s Dress

Red, White and Blue striped vintage 70s dress. Tag is difficult to read, but would fit a small or medium sized build. It is ankle length and the sleeves do not come all the way to the wrist. It appears that it has been hemmed before and photos show that. It is in great condition and I have never worn it.
