Vintage 70s Boho Dress

A unique boho piece! Straps that tie, back zip, and front and back ruffle detail. No tags but about a size small/medium. Made of a spandex like polyester that does stretch a little. Length is about 37”. Bust is 15” across flat and not stretched.
