Vintage 70s blue dress with gorgeous abstract print. Feels very summery. Has an elastic waist and tie belt. The elastic on the sleeves is slightly stretched out but still wearable. Very stretchy material. Measurements taken flat: Bust: 17” unstretched 23” stretched Waist: 13” unstretched and 19.5” stretched Length shoulder to hem: 38”
