Vintage 70s Blue Floral Maxi Dress M

This vintage 70s Julie Miller maxi dress is a size medium. This dress is blue and white with a floral pattern. It has long sleeves, ties at the waist, has a zipper closure, and falls to maxi length. It's machine washable and in good vintage condition. Flaws Has color bleed on lining and some marks I have not treated. Note: All vintage items are going to have signs of wear.
