Vintage 70s Blood Orange Terrycloth Cropped Blouse

I looooove this vintage top but it would be better suited for someone smaller than me - an XS or a SM Model in the first pick is an XS. Rest of the picks are me, a size medium. It definitely fits me but when I lift my arms the world gets to see some serious underboob - I’m a 34B A few MINOR marks - pictured. You wouldn’t see them unless you looked for them.
