Gorgeous black mock neck long sleeve sheath dress with an attached tweed black and white skirt with a fringe ruffle. This sweet little dress is perfect for your vintage winter wardrobe! There are two minor pulls on the front, pictured. There is some blue staining on the back, pictured. I have not dry cleaned the dress so it may be able to be removed.
