Vintage 70's Black Pleated Gown This vintage 70’s pleat dress is everything! Ankle length dress ties at the shoulders and has a flowy, diaphanous sheer overlay on the bust. Skirt flows out and has some twirl. Original talon zipper, no makers tag but most likely Has an original metal zipper. Straps are adjustable and can be tied as needed. Measurements (Flat) Bust: 28" (14" pit to pit) Waist: 22" Hips: open Total length: 50" From waist to bottom of hem: 36" Item is vintage.
