Vintage ‘70s black knee length skirt features a button front style and belt loops. Waist measures 14 inches across, length is 26 3/4 inches from center of waistband to bottom hem. The size tag is a 12; it fits like a modern U.S. Women’s Small. Minor condition note (last two photos) - there is a bit of loose stitching in a few areas.
