70s Black Blue Indian Cotton Tent Dress Sleeveless Giorgio Kauten Made in India. Cotton - the really good, super lightweight Indian cotton - with vertical metallic lurex striping. A bit sheer but there is so much volume in the dress! Black background with metallic blue lurex striping. Sleeveless. Rounded neckline. Yoked with gathering under the yoke. Tent style midi length dress. Absolutely phenomenal piece! Excellent condition except the seams under the pits have been opened from the pit down the the end of the yoke (about 2" on each side). The seams were neatly tucked in in a sort of french seam to prevent unraveling. Leaving it as is for now in case someone needs that little of bit extra room; could easily be returned to original by a seamstress or someone with minimal sewing skills.
