Vintage 60s/70s skirt

Navy skirt w/elastic waist & adorable buttons down the sides offer versatility so you can either keep them buttoned or open them up. Two string belt loops - no belt. No tags indicating brand, size (see pics for measurements, best guess is medium) or material (best guess is polyester or polyester blend). Very light wash wear.
