Top of the bodice & waist are VERY STRETCHY elastic - no brand/size/material tags (size is best guess, see pics for measurements), best guess on fabric is cotton or cotton blend. Straps tie at the top for an adjustable fit. Excellent condition - missing tags & staining on tie straps (tied, I didn’t even notice it, it was when I untied them that I did).
