Vintage 60’s/70’s psychedelic maxi dress

Vintage 1960’s/70’s handmade psychedelic rayon maxi dress with flutter sleeves. Dress snaps up the bodice and has faux fabric covered buttons. There is a side zipper. Skirt has two layers of ruffles at the bottom. Adorable short flutter sleeves. Dress is in excellent vintage condition with no stains holes or rips but there is a light discoloration under one of the arms. It should fit an xs/small with measurements of Bust 34” Waist 27” Hips open Length 57” Shoulders 14” Sleeves 12”
